AI Operator Hub Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or have consent from a parent or guardian) and have been invited to a program. Access is invite-only — accounts are created for you by your program lead; you cannot self-register.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your work email — there is no password to manage. Keep your email address current, keep access to your inbox secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at tim@aioperator.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Hub for anything illegal or in violation of any law;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other members;
• post content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• scrape, crawl, or use bots against the Hub, or interfere with its security or operation;
• share, sell, or transfer your access to anyone else.

Your content & confidentiality

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a license to host and display it within your organization's community so we can operate the Hub. Training materials, recordings, and other members' content are confidential to your organization — do not copy or share them outside it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Our materials

The Hub, its software, and AI Operator's training materials and branding are owned by AI Operator. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use them solely for your own training during your program.

AI features

Some materials are produced with AI assistance. Everything generated about people is reviewed by our staff before it reaches you, and your data is never used to train external AI models.

Termination

You can leave at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or when your program ends. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you post.

Disclaimers & liability

The Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Hub.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use of the Hub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
