AI Operator Hub Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Operator (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the AI Operator Hub (the “Hub”) — the private, invite-only training and community space for your organization's AI program. Your use of the Hub is also subject to our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
- From your invitation. Your name and work email, provided by your program lead when they add you to the roster.
- Content you create. Posts, comments, quiz attempts, your practice log, and anything you add to your profile (headline, bio, photo, links).
- Program data. Your training progress, session attendance, and survey responses tied to your program.
- Operational records. Sign-in events and email-delivery records, plus basic request data (such as IP address and browser), kept for security and support.
How we use it
We use your information solely to deliver and improve your training program: to run the Hub, send you essential account emails (sign-in links, invitations, session reminders), and give your organization's sponsors an aggregate view of program progress — never your individual survey answers. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes your data
The Hub is built and operated by AI Operator. We rely on a small set of vetted infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf:
- Neon — database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting and file storage.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic — the AI features. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models, and AI-generated content is reviewed by our staff before it reaches you.
We share information only with these processors and, if legally required, with authorities in response to a valid legal request. We do not otherwise disclose your data.
Tenant isolation & security
The Hub is strictly partitioned by organization: you can only see your own organization's spaces and the shared community spaces. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Where your data is stored
The Hub is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Retention
We keep your information for the duration of your program and remove it on request after the program ends, except where we must retain it to comply with the law.
Your choices
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing tim@aioperator.com. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time; you will still receive essential account messages.
Children
The Hub is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
