"AI is coming for your job. Heck, it’s coming for mine too."
That’s a quote from a brutally honest email sent by Micha Kaufman, founder and CEO of Fiverr sent to his team. And honestly? It’s one of the most accurate things I’ve read about AI this year.
Easy tasks? Gone. Hard tasks? Now the bare minimum. “Impossible” tasks? The new standard.
The scary part? It’s not just true — it’s already happening. The comforting part? You can prepare. But only if you choose to.
📌 That’s why I’m beyond grateful to be part of a company like Expandi.io, where we don’t just talk about being “AI-first.” We invested in it.
Over the past 12 weeks, our entire team took part in a hands-on, company-wide AI enablement course led by Tim Cakir, founder of AI Operator: Grow your business with AI
Here’s what we did together: ✅ Learned the fundamentals of ChatGPT ✅ Built our own Custom GPTs (being implemented in day-to-day operations) ✅ Shared use cases and real workflows with each other ✅ Competed (and won!) with practical AI solutions we built as a team
To the CEO's and founders reading this: You don’t need to hire “AI experts” to futureproof your company. You need to empower your existing team to become them. AI is not a department. It’s a company-wide skillset.
And if you’re not building it into your culture now, you’re already falling behind. I’m incredibly proud of my team for embracing this shift. You didn’t just show up — you levelled up.
🔥 Big shoutout to the team I had the privilege of learning with: Azza Kamoun, Siarhei Haponenka, Stefan Smulders, Artem Davydovych and Julianna Dobosh 🙌
And to our leadership at Expandi.io — thank you for not just riding the AI wave, but teaching us how to surf it 🌊 Glenn Miseroy, Stefan Smulders, Aad van Vendeloo and Hester Noorman 🚀
